Bio:

Every aspect of insurance revolves around and is utterly dependent upon great customer service.”Bio: Jon has over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, and joined Tim Hibbing in the Ames branch of FWM in 2014. Jon gained most of his expertise as a Commercial Casualty Claims Adjuster for Allied Insurance and holds a Casualty Claims Law Specialist (CCLS) designation. Educating customers about the insurance world is a passion for Jon. A graduate of the University of Nebraska with a degree in Music, Jon is currently serving the Nebraska National Guard as a Staff Sergeant in the 43rd Army Band. Jon is excited to write insurance at FWM and to provide all of their customers with outstanding customer service!
